Our large CNC machining centers allow us to provide machining service for rolling mill stands. Shown here is a stand weighing more than 130tons per piece we were contracted to carry out the machining for. The milling rollers are placed on the mill stands through bearing housing, and the roller adjusting mechanism is installed onto the mill stands for a high efficiency. Because mill stands are often machined from casting, we have a large casting factory, which allows us to supply large tonnage castings at excellent prices and quality, as well as carry out technical communications between the casting and machining processes to offer professional one stop services.
