As an example, the container handling equipment industry, such as Ship to Shore Container Gantry Crane (STS); Rubber Tired Gantry Crane (RTG); Rail Mounted Yard Gantry Crane (RMG); Loaded Container Handling Reach Stacker (RS) and Empty Container Handling Liftruck (ECHL) from the top 10 international manufacturers are located here in China, and export a large portion of their equipment around the world. It is our job to help these crane manufacturers obtain the supply of heavy metal components at a good price, with high quality and on time delivery.

We custom make legs, cross beams for rubber tire gantry cranes, frames for reach stackers, and other metal parts and components. Processes include cutting, bending, welding, turning, milling, boring, and assembling, among which the welding quality is important. Because of that, we use MT and UT to guarantee the quality of structural component.

We also produce long steel shafts according to customer specifications, and bronze bushes with an inner diameter over 540mm and wall thickness over 10mm, which are required to have a relatively high precision for easy assembling. The two holes for the shaft to go through are required to have high concentricity, and our double sided boring machine makes this easy to accomplish.
