We are capable of producing a variety of tube sheets for heat exchangers and pressure vessels used in the nuclear power industry, petro-chemical industry, oil and gas, water treatment industry and more. In 2017, our largest tube sheet was produced for a piece of large oxidizing reaction equipment, measuring an outer diameter of 8.6m, weighted 75 tons with 37,000 holes. But it is not our limit for machining jobs.

We use carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, copper, nickel and titanium in the production of our tube sheets.

For most of machining factories it is not common to have deep-hole and multiple drillers but in our factory we not only are equipped with normal drillers but also high precision deep drillers and multiple drillers.
