Our advanced plasma/oxy-fuel cutting system can be equipped with up to six oxy-fuel torch for numerous cutting tasks using oxy-fuel or combined oxy-fuel and plasma. With the plasma torch, it cuts material thicknesses of up to 50 mm for mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum, and with oxy-fuel torch, it cuts unalloyed steel plates from 3mm to 300mm. Back-lash-free gears and drives allow our cutting system for high positioning rates of up to 24.000 mm/min. The linear guiding with AC motors ensures accurate travel of the tool carriage as well as extraordinary acceleration values. We can also achieve permanent marking on the metal plates by dotted or continuous line, and letters for assembly indication and traceability.
