SAF for PAW
Welding method, the methods we apply on our welding jobs are mostly but not limited to as below:
SMAW, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, also known as "stick welding or electric welding";
SAW, Submerged Arc Welding, a typical high productive welding method;
GMAW, Gas Metal Arc Welding, commonly referred to as MIG(Metal, Insert Gas);
FCAW, Flux-Cored Arc Welding, almost identical to MIG, but uses a special tubular wire filled with flux;
GTAW, Gas Tungsten Arc welding, also known as TIG (tungsten, Insert Gas);
ERW, Electric Resistance Welding, an efficient welding method usually for thin metal;
SAC/ESC, Submerged Arc strip Cladding and Electric Slag strip Cladding mostly for Petro-Chemical;
PAW, Plasma Arc Welding, especially used on tube welding with metal thickness under 10mm;
LBW, Laser Beam Welding, features high precision for stainless steel sheet fabrication.
Metals: we can handle welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other rare metals.
Welding machines, we have high quality welding machines such as
Miller, OTC, Lincoln and Panasonic for MIG(GMAW);
Miller and Panasonic for TIG(GTAW);
Esab for strip cladding welding (SAC/ESC)
SAF for PAW, our SAF PL130 is probably the longest(12.5m)welding machine in the world.
Automatic welding line, we run a complete I-beam production line for our clients in construction industry, the product line includes machines for straightening, automatic welding and assembling. We can produce welded I-beam of size BxHxT max. at 800x1500x60mm with a max. length of 15m.
Robotic welding, we also can offer robotic welding for large run welding jobs, our welding robots come from Yaskawa and Kawasaki
Automatic welding line
Robotic welding
Calibration, we regularly calibrate our welding machines to ensure they are always working in good order.
Welder qualification, we have 32 welders as of 06 Dec. 2016, who hold certificates issued by BV, having passed Welder Approval Test in accordance with EN ISO 9606-1(2013)
Certificates, We have passed API, LR, and ASME, which entitled us to do most of the metal fabrication jobs in pressure vessels widely used in petro-chemical industry, marine engineering etc.
