Inspection is an important procedure to secure the quality of our finished products.

We have CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) with inspection range of 4000*7000*3000mm, Laser-Inspection Tracker, Roughness detector, Spectrometer, Metallurgical Microscope. Basic inspection tools like Vernier caliper, Angle gauge, Percentile, micrometer, Cylinder gauge, Diameter dial indicator, pass rules and regulations are always applied in the production. Meanwhile, we also provide special inspection like UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, water pressure test and tightness test for different purposes.

We have a Leica AT901-LR laser tracker to examine the machine tools and ensure they are working in good order. This laser tracker can measure any large object within an area of 160m (524 feet) in diameter. We have two Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), one of which can work on large work pieces up to 7000x4000x3000mm with accuracy down to 0.43μm, and another one 3300x2000x1500mm with accuracy 0.39μm respectively.
